Addressed all 11 items from Matt's review: added cross-sell insights section (co-purchase patterns with lift analysis), LTV definitions, RFM segment explanations, expanded price tiers, methodology notes on reorder patterns and drift-away thresholds, fixed channel scoping bug, corrected and clarified "Better Bottles" LTV labeling. Deployed to production.
